Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ventravend Marketing LLC (“Ventravend,” “we,” “us”) collects through ventravend.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are a marketing studio based in Northwest Arkansas. We keep this short because we collect very little.

The short version

• We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.
• We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
• This site has no analytics, no ad pixels and sets no cookies of its own.

Information we collect

What you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

What is collected automatically

Like every website, ventravend.com has to receive some technical information to load in your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is handled by the service providers below for delivery and security. We do not use it to identify you or build a profile of you.

• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. It processes request data, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and block attacks.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the font from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies, run analytics, or use advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security measures to protect the site. Because we do not track you across websites, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honor both by default.

How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and schedule an intro call.
• To prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to provide and bill for our services.
• To keep reasonable business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To protect the site and our business from spam, fraud and abuse.

Phone numbers. If you give us your phone number, we use it only to contact you about your inquiry or our work together. We will not add you to marketing calls or text messages without your separate, express consent.

Email. We will not add you to a marketing email list without your permission. Any marketing email we send will identify us and include a way to unsubscribe, and we will honor unsubscribe requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the business and are allowed to use the information only to provide their service to us. These are Formspree (delivers contact form submissions), Google Workspace (business email and file storage) and Cloudflare (hosting and security).
• Authorities, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
• A successor business, if Ventravend is ever merged, acquired or sold. The successor would remain bound by this policy for information collected under it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and client records as long as the relationship lasts plus the time needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When we no longer need information, we delete it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@ventravend.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We will respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. We will honor those that apply.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including Arkansas law.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our clients’ customers

When we run campaigns or handle customer lists for a client, we do so on that client’s behalf and under our agreement with them. The client’s own privacy policy governs that information. This policy covers only information collected through ventravend.com and our own business communications.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
